By using KELP, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because we believe clarity is a form of kindness too. Please take a moment to read them.
Use of the platform
KELP is a platform for sending kind, anonymous messages to people and communities who need encouragement. You agree to use the platform in good faith and in the spirit it was designed — to spread genuine kindness. Misuse of any kind, including attempts to bypass moderation or manipulate the system, may result in removal from the platform.
Content guidelines
All messages submitted through KELP are reviewed before delivery. Messages must be respectful, constructive, and in keeping with our kindness values. Content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or harmful in any way is not permitted and will be rejected. We reserve the right to decline any message that does not meet our guidelines.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please do not share your login details with others. KELP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at love@kelpduck.com.
Disclaimer
KELP is provided as-is and we make no warranties about uninterrupted availability or the outcome of any message delivery. While we do everything we can to ensure your messages reach their intended recipients, delivery is subject to the cooperation of partner organizations. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
